Illustrator color expert for gradients -- 2

Please see attached file. Basically I'm creating a brand for an iced jello product and need help to pick gradient colors and to add lava shapes to existing design for the cap of the product. I need this help as I struggle with colors. I normally compensate by using color wheels and so on but gradients have me stuck. Please see attached. This should be a 20 minute job for someone who really knows what they're doing.
