Illustrator and book publisher

Short book 8 pages long, with 7 illustration, I’m looking for an illustrator who can promise to make the book ready for publication, would can guarantee inputting the book in publishing website and make sure it is ready for publication In paperback form as well as Ebook. Only experience illustrator with knowledge of how to publish book need apply. My last book by the illustrator couldn’t be publish by paperback, for whatever reason and I lost out on a few hundred dollars.
