AI Illustrator Label Data Entry

I need data entered into an existing AI illustrator label templates. There are four different label sizes and three weight options 2 oz, 4 oz, and 6 oz. I will include the data for the tea labels. I will also need to file to be sent back in AI Illustrator and PDF format.
