Illustrator to Affinity Publisher

I have a 19 page adobe illustrator document that I need recreated in Affinity publisher. There are a few bits of text and images outside of the art-boards which I also want transferred to the new document. See attached for a pdf version of the file.
I have font files and linked images etc.
