Heartfelt 2D Animation for Anniversary

I'm looking for a skilled animator to create a heartfelt 2D animation for my one-year anniversary. The animation should capture our special memories over the past year.

(I am a novice animator myself, I am a minor, I have procrastinated to long and now am unsure if I can make the animation with the quality I desire before the date arrives, as I am young I don't have much to spare, but I am willing to pay up to 200 usd to get it done, i need it by june 10th.
