Generate a PDF/X-1A:2001 with bleed from my design

I have a pdf design (left-page and right-page), and I need you to take my design and generate a PDF/X-1A:2001 file with bleed in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign (no substitute softwares). Specific settings: trim 8” x 10.875” and the bleed 8.25” W x 11.125” H, the live area 7” W x 10” H. The ideal freelancer should have experience in Adobe Illustrator and be able to create a PDF/X-1A:2001 file with the desired bleed and trim settings. I don't need any other edits, or design.
