Full-color Vector Illustrations for HMI / Lifeboat Safety

The project concerns a Human Machine Interface (HMI) for lifeboat safety assurance through a 10.1” touch display.
We want to create a guidance with animated illustrations for successful operation of lifeboat.
We will provide you with the relevant material (videos or photos) and we need you to visualize in full-color vector illustrations. This guidance will present totally 22 stages. Each stage needs to include 2 up to 5 steps(frames). The files that you will deliver to us must be in Vector format (eps or svg).
For your better understanding of project requirements we provide you HLI Template instruction.pdf and also a video indicates Stage D1 , that will be used as your reference.
