Free Template conversion Word-PDF-Word Open.com

I have already created a Word doc that I have saved to a pdf. There are fields to tab through as well as check boxes (however the tabbing/check boxes are created within the pdf, so the master Word doc does not have the functionality. I need the Master doc to have the same functionality as the pdf (with no editing privileges of master content). I believe this is a very simple project, but as I don't have the experience to further modify (creating an unmodifiable Word template with tabs and check-boxes), I need help, STAT! Also, I created the pdf with tabs and checkbox functionality in Master PDF Editor, not Adobe, so the form isn't displaying correctly for some staff when they open in Adobe.
