Draw map boundaries

Need to draw boundaries on a simple blank map in illustrator to create 24 different sub-regions on the map. Map is in illustrator and comes with an outline of each sub-region shape in red to follow as guideline for all of the boundaries to be drawn on the map. See attached document and example. Will attach the illustrator file once the job is agreed.
