Convert static PDF datasheet to editable Illustrator open format

I'm looking for help to convert a static PDF brochure into an editable Illustrator open format. I don't have access to the original design files, just the PDFs, and I don't need them to be entirely preserved. Minor changes are allowed, but no additional assets are needed. I simply need the PDF to be converted into an Illustrator open format.
