Convert Image Files to editable Adobe Illustrator Vector Files (.ai)

I have 22 separate images that I would like to be changed into Adobe Illustrator vectors that I can edit. Most of them are in black and white, but a few of them are coloured.
The image files need to be recreated in Illustrator so that each can then be edited, stretched, have their colours changed, have certain parts of them deleted, new parts added etc. with no loss of quality.
I have already added each image into a separate illustrator file, but now they need an Illustrator expert to work their magic and transform each into an Adobe Illustrator version that can be fully editable.
