Convert Existing Logo Mark x 2 (PSD) to Vector Format (AI)

I need my existing logo mark, currently in PSD format and in blue, converted into clean, scalable vector files.

Requirements:
- Recreate the logo exactly as provided — no redesign or creative changes.
- Match the existing blue colour as closely as possible (RGB/HEX provided).
- Deliver in fully editable vector formats: AI, EPS, and SVG.
- Ensure the vector paths are clean, with no unnecessary points or raster effects.
