Color illustrations for a children's picture book

I am looking for an illustrator to create illustrations for a children's picture book. The book will have 24 pages and I am looking for a bright and colorful color palette. But if you can make me notice your work... then you might be the one.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating cartoonish illustrations for children's books
- Ability to work with a bright and colorful color palette
- Strong communication skills to collaborate on the project vision and make revisions as needed.
- Ability to create child characters with facial features.
- Ability to create a variety of cats.
