Clean Up Logo

Need a rough draft of a logo cleaned up and turned into a vector image. Graphics are from Shutterstock, please include in your quote whether you have a subscription and can provide the graphics yourself (I can send links) or if you will need me to purchase them and send. I'll need it in a vector format that can be opened in Photoshop and also as a high-quality PSD file.
