Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am in need of a talented cartoonist who specializes in traditional hand-drawn cartoons.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in traditional hand-drawn cartooning techniques
- Ability to bring a concept to life based on reference materials provided
- Understanding of the purpose for needing a cartoonist, which is to depict a very dramatic situation of a sick person being abused by powerful individuals
- Experience in creating illustrations for web or print media
Skills and Experience:
- Strong portfolio showcasing traditional hand-drawn cartoons
- Ability to convey emotions and storytelling through illustrations
- Familiarity with creating illustrations for web or print media
- Attention to detail and ability to work within provided guidelines

The cartoon that is attached is just to show you the quality of the work I am expecting.
1. Create a cartoon of the man you see in the wheelchair. Look closely and you will see he has a foley catheter running through his leg. You need to clearly shows the folley catherer in the cartoon. You need to add a little basket to his extended hands like a beggar. He is actually “Begging for mercy”
o Very Important, this man has a muzzle that run through his mouth Like a dog muzzle to silence him.
2. There are four men sitting on his shoulder. I will provide you with pictures of these men later. These four men are very powerful and looks like very Rich/Prominent Businessman.
3. There is a chain (like HORSE REINS ) that goes from the muzzle of the sitting man to these powerful businessmen.
4. These four men are carrying a whip, Like they are ready to whip their horses.
o In this case the horse is the sitting man.
5. There will be a footer to the picture similar to the footer you see in the attached cartoon.
