Adobe Illustrator Resize script and set to fixed postion

Hello,

I need a simple Illustrator Script:

Open a 2 Site PDF:
1. Import PDF file
2. Resize to 114x229 (from the middle)
3. Set Site one to 1 fixed position
4. Set site two to 4 fixed postion, turn 2 of them 180°
if the PDF have online 1 site dont do step 4.

Finish.
