Adobe Illustrator Project - Redo PDF into Illustrator drawings.

I have a PDF that we are redoing the artwork for. It is all black and white and needs to be traced over with thicker lines. I have already completed 4 out of the 17 pages that need to be completed. I can share those files with you to see the examples of the before and after work that we need completed. I have included one example of the before and after of what we need. All you need to do is copy over old artwork with thicker, cleaner lines.
