Adobe Illustrator Project (Automatic font scaling + data merge)

Hi Freelancers.
I have an excel document with multiple columns - see attached file: "Screenshot_10"
I need to create a very simple design template in Adobe Illustrator - see attached file: "Screenshot_20"
I need to perform a Data merge, whereby the design template changes according to the variables in the excel document. A simple straight forward data merge.
For example, if the excel document says the design should be in Font A, the design should be created using Font A.
However, there is additional complexity.
I need particular design elements (regular text or numbers) to shrink in size if it doesn’t fit within the template borders. I believe this is called Automate font scaling.
I need the final output to have all the designs on one sheet, corrrectly formatted according to my specifications. Something similar to this - See Screenshot_30
