webtoon project need sketch artist

I am going to start my own webtoon, I have a few characters drawn and a summary of story. Going to travel to my home country to find illustrators for the webtoon however i need someone who can sketch the ideas so that the illustrators know what to do draw.

Story will be about the fall of Lucifer how he betrays Jehovah thus will be a fantasy genre.
