tpo draw a photograph

I am looking for an artist to create a watercolor drawing for me of the attached picture below . The drawing should be small, with dimensions up to 12x12 inches. I would like the drawing to be in color.

Skills and experience needed:
- Proficiency in watercolor techniques
- Ability to work with small dimensions
- Experience in creating colorful and vibrant artwork
