A tattoo sketched up

I'm looking for a talented tattoo artist to create a realistic tattoo for me. I have a specific design in mind and would like the main elements to include images. The style should be realistic and not cartoony. What I'm looking for is the 4 aces of a playing card deck, with the shapes of the 4 suits on each card to be really evil looking skulls. The 4 cards should be held up with a burning house behind it. Tattoo design doesn't need to be larger than a 6"x10" picture.
