sketch artist to reconstruct a memory

I'm trying to find an artist who can sketch (in color) a portrait for me. This would be reconstructed from my memory and a set of photos to give the artist more context. Unfortunately I don't have a photo of what I'd like to sketch (which is why I want to find a sketch artist to create that picture for me). I want a portrait of a grandfather and granddaughter in the backseat of a car, eating a snack together. I would supply the photos of each individual and the car's backseat, as well as the snack, in order to reconstruct the image with the correct details. However, they would all be from separate photographs that need to be recompiled into the portrait. I'd like it in color if possible.
