In person sketch

Hello my name is Eric, I’m looking for someone to create an in-person sketch of me proposing to my soon to be fiancé. It’s a surprise and at that moment once she sees painting I propose. The sketch should be detailed and the size is to be determined - please discuss this further with me.
In order to capture the desired likenesses and expressions, an in-person approach is required. This means that the artist and I will need to decide and agree on a convenient meeting place to discuss ideas and take measurements or references. To ensure the highest quality results, I invite you to bring your own sketchbook and appropriate artistic supplies.
Your expertise and skillset are very important to me. In order to create the sketch perfectly, I'm expecting an artist that is capable of taking on the challenge of sketching complex subjects in different poses. I value the imperfections and nuances that real-life sketches have, so be sure to emphasize those in your work!
