painting of grandparent and children surrounding them

I'm looking for an experienced artist who can create a painting of my late mother and her "heaven-bound" grandchildren.
The painting will feature a scene with her in a dreamy style with about 10-12 grandchildren ranging in ages 0-20 surrounding her, playing, laughing, etc.
A little about my family:
My mom has 9 children, we're all very close and she went to heaven in 2009 at the age of 54 due to breast cancer. Since then a number of my sisters have had miscarriages and stillbirths and as of the most recent one I really wanted to create something as a gift to them in depicting her with all her grandbabies she gets to hold. (She LOVED babies)
I had AI create something real quick that I really like, maybe something like this but doesn't have to be. I'm not picky just would like something like it.
