paint a specific image onto a bible

Im hoping to give my friend a hand painted bible, it can be a smaller bible or larger bible, I want a pretty background i can share ideas with you, and then the figure of jesus either walking with a girl with black long curly hair, or the girl bowing at his feet- the drawing of the figures does not have to be detailed, just kind of their figures
