I need someone who can do hand drawn from pictures

I found a picture of a king I really admire and would like it hand drawn on physical paper. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just simple with attention to detail. I would need it skipped as soon as possible and can’t offer tons of money but the project is really simple, just about the size of a standard sheet of paper
