I need an illustrator who knows design fundamentals

We are looking for a non-traditional marriage certificate for our wedding. I work in advertising and he works in the game industry. We met in a D&D campaign. Our wedding theme is celestial. We would like someone who has a creative mind to create an interesting layout with the copy and custom illustration that reflects our story and our theme.
