I need a children's book illustrator

Im writing a set of children's books (one at a time) describing children with different physical and mental handicaps/needs and showing how they are like others and how to relate to them. They are based off of children i know and would have pictures that i would want the child's character to look like or some that would even be drawn just like a picture. I would want someone who could accurately draw based off of a picture.Someone who can draw people/children well. Open to having conversation. Will want to see an example first. Max 10 pictures a book is what im thinking for now.
