I need a character designer for a video game

I am currently receiving character designs for my video game through services on Fiverr. However, the turn around time and overall transformation from my description/thoughts into delivery is not quite at the level I am looking for. I am looking for someone who can take a description and some inspiration pictures from other sources and craft a unique character.
