I need an artist for a custom painting

While my family and I lack any formal religious however in the few days following a person's or animal's passing, we look for any tangible object or sign that shows us that they are still here with us. For example in a week or so after my cat, Possum, passed away, every day (multiple times a day) my family saw butterflies at an abnormally high rate. So from then on every time, we see a butterfly whether it be a picture or a live animal we believe that it is a sign from the universe that the pet that we loved and cared for nearly 20 years is there to look over us and keep us safe.
In the last few years, we have lost 3 of my childhood family pets as they had all reached a point where it was too cruel to make them live with their individual health conditions any longer.
It will be my mother's birthday on the 21st of May and I would like to commission an artist to create a framed painting or framed digital artwork to furnish my parent's new home. I will pretty much let you have free reign (with some ideas provided below) as long as you can either explain your ideas or create a rough sketch before creating the artwork so I can offer any additional ideas. The three main components of the artwork are:
- Feathers
- Butterflies
- Stars
Colour-wise, I enjoy artworks with:
- A deep blue background with pops of bright colours such as silver or gold.
- Bright acrylic colours on a white background
- A mixture of both
