I need an artist/drawer

I need to draw with pencil and also colored pencil the Roman amphitheater in Arles, France on a piece of paper no larger than 16” X 20”, and then that paper should be mounted to a hard foam poster board or similar with no more than about a 1” border around the original drawing.
