I need an artist

I know it’s maybe too late with Christmas not long away. My dad needs a present for my mum and I suggested getting someone to paint a picture of her dog that she adores. I’m just looking to see if this is possible in time for Christmas and a rough price. I’ve attached a few pictures of Alfie the dog. I’m thinking around an A4 size, not too big. Also I’m thinking the painting could just be of his face but not sure.
