I need Manga artists for my projects

I am looking for some artists who are willing to help me create a manga comic. I have the idea for several different stories, but as of right now that is all they are, stories. I will be paying up until we get the first comic done, in which case I will test to see how well it does. Depending on the popularity we may continue working together and the artists will get a direct cut of the money, most likely more than me.
