I need a Manga Artist

Hi! I am in dire need of a Manga Artist (I say "dire," but it's really nothing that serious). It's just that I've been writing out the plot to a manga series for about 3 years now, just kind of trying to get the outline out there. But with my "subpar" drawing skills, I'm just having a lot of trouble getting that story and creation out of my head and onto paper. So, I'm really looking for someone who can truly help me in bringing that vision to life. I would also be down to let you design most of the characters and show off your art style too. Of course, I'll be the one writing and planning out most of the chapters, but if you find that something just doesn't work, I'll be happy to hear it!
