I need a Fantasy Gothic Artist

I'm currently writing a book series that mixes sci-fi and traditional fantasy. I'm looking for an artist to draw up a design and possibly some warfare art featuring the powered armor clad soldiers of my universe.
NOTE: I do have free-to-use concept art that I would like the design to be based off of(but not copied) ,although, I'm open to anyone's own ideas.
