I need a 2D Artist/Cartoon Artist For Story
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
My story involves a man who dies in a plane crash. He wakes up from the darkness to find himself in the body of a beautiful girl. Not only is he in a strange new body but he finds himself back in time and on an alternate Earth.
The man named Lon Mason had a troubled marriage in his "previous" life. He cheated on his wife Sharon and was something of a misogynist. He had two daughters both teenagers in high school. Secretly he wished had boys instead of girls.
When Lon wakes to find himself in the body of an 19-year-old girl named Emelie he is shocked to discover his new appearance. Not only that but he is even more horrified to see he's back in time (the 1930s possibly 1960s).
Lon discovers his new family is similar to his own household. A father who is likes to escape in a bottle because of his high-stress work. A supportive but quiet mother. There are also two sisters in addition to "Emelie". The family's financial situation is rather tenuous.
Lon must adjust to this new environment without telling anyone that his real past. He has to adjust to the new body he now inherits which has its own pluses and minuses. The unwanted sexual attention from males he receives is prevalent nearly everywhere he goes. Inside he is rather conflicted. At times he likes it other times he doesn't.
The family financial situation sends Lon/Emelie to essentially prostitute herself. Finding a 9-5 job has proven difficult because the men hiring desire Emelie for another purpose.
Lon is getting a taste of his own medicine from his old life.
This is the basic storyline in a nutshell. It's more of a serious story than anything else. It combines my interest in time travel, alternate universes, and gender-swapping. I have wanted to illustrate the story for quite some time.
I do prefer realism but am more than willing to accept some "cartoon" elements to the visual style.
As for adult matter within the story, it can be implied and not necessarily illustrated. However, it is possible to have a much more adult version done. I'm looking for a more PG-13 or R-rated version.
