medium-ish sized detailed painting or drawling

My wife just gave birth to our second son, Ari, via C-section on May 13th, he has an older brother Gwyn, born naturally June 12th. I want a fantasy themed piece of art that represents them both with symbolism derived from their personalities, astrology, their birth stories, and their connection to my wife. I want something similar to yin-yang but not necessarily showing them as opposites, but just distinct from each other.
