landscape painting

I am looking to commission a detailed landscape painting. I am looking for the painting to be done in a realist style, and have attached the specific location or setting to be used. The desired size should be medium (up to 24x12 inches). As the client, I am open to hearing any custom requests from the artist in order to create the best possible artwork.
