20 illustrstions for children's book -- 2

This is a project for an African Dance themed children's book about a young boy who finds a magical turtle. The time line for this is ideally no more than 2 months, as the project is long over due. I require an illustrator who considers themselves an artist, as this project requires some artistic interpretation of the text in addition to the illustration descriptions. The ideal illustrator is someone who manages time well, has some knowledge of African American and Latino culture, can draw different landscapes: city, park, suburban, and is familiar with African Dance and Drumming as well as New Orleans style bands.
