2D illustration artist for children’s book

I am looking for a 2D illustration artist to create illustrations for a children's book. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating cartoon-style illustrations. The book will have 11-20 pages/illustrations. While I do not have specific colors in mind, I have a general theme that the artist can work with. The artist should be able to bring the story to life through their illustrations.
