hand drawn design follow up for birth card

For our first baby we had a hand drawn design made of some suitcases (we like traveling) with an additional baby suitcase and a baby looking at it.

Now I need a follow up design. Need at least 3 designs to choose from.

briefing, please read it well:

minimalist design, same style as original design

- The baby is now a 2yo toddler, still with a smirk

- the toddler is wearing a simple dress now (it's a girl)

- the suitcases are still there but no longer nicely stacked: the toddler is a bit messy, maybe they are thrown around a bit or they are stacked but not so nicely. They need to be recognizable, look at the logo's they refer to our favorite destinations. (there is a feather for New Zealand, a kangaroo for Australia, a globe, a maple leaf for Canada and a Brazilian flag).

- add an American flag to the smallest suitcase, rough style like the other logo's on the larger suitcases

- there is a newborn in pajamas lying on the floor or on a suitcase and the toddler squats to gives the newborn a kiss
