graphic designer required for 8 bit (pixel art like) project -- 2

I have an image in a particular 8 bit style that I need modified (text in same 8 bit style) as well as character (avatar/sprite) etc

Ideally, I would like to work with this freelancer on a longer engagement basis as this would become a 'comic/game'
