flow chart

I am looking to hire a freelancer to create a decision tree for me in the form of an infographic. I already have a structure in mind, in terms of which decisions lead to which outcomes and what needs to be included. The final product should be provided as a word and JPG/PNG with high quality. I am open to creativity and come up with an aesthetically pleasing design that can help me illustrate my decision tree.
