Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am looking for an experienced illustrator to create a comic book with more than 20 pages/panels. I would like the illustrations to have a cartoon style. There is a set deadline of more than four weeks for this project, and I am looking for someone who can deliver in this timeframe.
