combination memorial tattoo design

This last decade has been a pretty tough one I have lost my little brother then I lost my young niece now my wife have some special memories that I would like brought to life as a tattoo. I know it will sound odd and it will be a very abstract abstract style drawing. incorporating an old style tic tok alarm clock a dragon, one that my wife drew b4 she passed for my bro, I will insert a copy, a compass and a llamma.... the clock ⏰ will represent my niece Sarah the dragon will represent my brother Shane and the Llama my wife Sandy the compass as for my children Nathan Samantha and Christopher North and South obviously Nathan Samantha and Christopher shall run east to west. I know that probably sounds batshit crazy but as artists you should know that I can see it in my head I just don't know how to make it come to life. Any more questions or let me know. Somehow I know I want the alarm clock with the Bells on it to be kind of warped like oh Alice in Wonderland style kind of warped I guess and I know the dragon that I will post is going to need some sort of body medieval style and the way my wife through the head it is so she could put my son's name hidden in the scales going down his neck I see the compass is being an old style compass like that would be in printed on an old sea log map or something. I know it's all scattered inside my head I just need it brought to life
