A tall, well-built man of African descent. He has a deep and troubled past. However, he is loyal to his leader, The Grand Sultan Abdul Hamid Osman Han (for whom he is a naval commander). He is an experienced airship pilot and over the years has acquired a fearsome reputation. A lot of his notoriety is actually misplaced. He has been accused of piracy whereas, more often than not, he has been protecting his country’s interests. However, he likes to encourage the impression that he is a pirate.
He is tall (over 6ft) and wears a black tricorn hat. He has a single gold earring and wears a cutlass (on his left). This is a mid-eastern cutlass (i.e. wider/broader at the end and more curved than Eulalia's) but probably obscured by his coat. He is not as tubby as the man in the photo. There are rings on his fingers and a pocket watch in his waistcoat with a gold chain. He normally stands with a hand on his black walking stick. The handle of which is a monkey's skull (white). He should be smiling. He wears a long, black coat. He is an impressive man, think of a black Darth Vader in a tricorn hat and long coat.
