author's blog to engage readers

I am a published book author, awaiting the publication of my next book. I want someone to design and set up the blog page - I WILL PROVIDE ALL THE CONTENT. My intention is to post to the blog, once or several times a month, documents written in Microsoft Word, sometimes with accompanying illustrations.
