AI artist for an exceptional book cover

My Trilogy is based in the year 2050 so I need a three dimensional art piece for the cover. Most book covers are flat no depth, I want that depth. I know I know three dimensional on paper is probably impossible, but I have a shoulder patch I need integrated into the artwork for my female hero. An alien I purchased also integrated with the possible AI extrapolation of a body off the bust design. I wish AI to create a female hero off my specs. No nudity! No leggy shots, this hero is the girl next door, that has a modest dress. She wears pants, boots , jacket hoody, brown hair long, brown eyes medium build, not busty between 24 -30th.
