artist to draw illustration of a dragon

I'm looking for an artist to create a cartoonish illustration of a dragon for me. The illustration should have a humorous, whimsical edge to it, while still conveying a sense of power and strength. I have a general pastel rainbow color scheme in mind but am open to suggestions from the artist. I need several different images. I would like him to be flying, sitting looking happy and standing looking sad. I am creating children book for my grandson for his birthday. I am attaching an image I don't own as a reference of what I am looking for.
