Story/gifs:
1. Long flight from Europe to Japan, Tokyo
2. I arrive at the hotel in downtown, go immediately to the hotel sushi bar
3. At the sushi bar: small chic place with one cook, a Japanese gentleman and a Japanese lady in full traditional kimono and white make up
4. I ordered salmon nigiri (rice with fish on top)… it gets delivered a wooden plate
5. Too big to be eaten in one bite…. I managed in two bites, but not easy…
6. I order another round (Tuna nigiri)
7. The cook brings the pieces again on the wooden bord… but before handing in over, he poses… take a knife and cut them nicely in two pieces
8. I am positively surprised to receive an unrequested- appreciated- service … I thank him by just bowing with my head
9. The cook bows back, and turn back to prepare sushi
